The CBNRM Forum works as an umbrella organisation, bringing together a wide variety of institutions, orgsanisations and individuals to support best practice in Community Based Natural Resource Management across Zambia. We do this through:
- Showcasing best practice with pilot projects across Zambia and running projects to support communities in ensuring secure livelihoods – you can read more about some of our current and past programmes in our projects and work
- Operating working groups within our membership and partners to ensure we are leading the way in CBNRM discourse and policy within Zambia – read more about this on our working groups page
- Bringing together individuals, organisations, practitioners, community based enterprises, NGO’s, government department, traditional leadership and community groups within our membership to share best practice and knowledge – read more about this on our membership page.
